ABOUT ACCMA

Created in 2020 as part of the Civilian Human Resources Agency as a result of the Army People Strategy’s Civilian Implementation Plan.

ACCMA supports CHRA’s mission of recruiting, developing, and sustaining a professional civilian workforce through strategic workforce planning; recruitment and outreach to acquire top-tier talent; establishment and maintenance of career paths; and identification of training, broadening and education opportunities. ACCMA works with commands to focus on providing career management services to Army Civilians across the human capital life cycle.
