The Construction, Engineering, & Infrastructure career field is a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics ​(STEM)-heavy workforce that completes strategic missions vital to the Army and the United States. The Construction, ​Engineering, & Infrastructure career field’s primary duties are planning, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of ​civil work projects, including hazardous toxic waste remediation and installation restoration programs, as well as management ​of land, water, and related natural resources for public purposes and research in related fields.
