The Logistics career field collaborates with Army Civilians, supervisors, managers, and career field representatives to identify ​training opportunities that meet the Army's current and future needs. By aligning workforce planning with the Army People ​Strategy and Civilian Implementation Plan, they provide the Army Fellows Program to attract and train top talent, build and shape the workforce, and manage a pool of multifunctional, agile professionals. They develop and incentivize GS-14 and GS-15 master logisticians for Senior Executive Service positions. Additionally, they offer credentialing ​opportunities, including the Master Logistician Certificate Program, the Ammunition Life Cycle Professional Certificate ​Program, and the American Society for Quality certifications.
